Our Church History
Glory House World Church was inaugurated in College Park, Georgia on August 18, 2002 at the Georgia International Convention Center. The formation of the church was the climax of nearly 18 months of intense prayer meetings in the home of the Udenwas. The mandate from God was to plant a dynamic five-fold ministry/church that would make a major transforming contribution to the growth of the Body of Christ in the Atlanta area and around the world.
Glory House World Church is another landmark project birthed by Rise and Shine Ministries, the ministry banner under which Pastor Chuzzy Udenwa has been operating in full-time ministry for nearly 10 years.The major thrust of the vision of Glory House World Church has been in the area of teaching, healing and prayer. The Body of Christ has to return to the altar of prayer and intercession.
The church has recorded tremendous testimonies of miracles, signs and wonders confirming the Word of God. Since its inauguration, there has been a trememndous response of goodwill and spreading influence in the area.The Tuesday ministration days have drawn an ever-growing crowd of the hungry and thirsty around the USA and from the local churches in the area.To GOD Be The Glory.

Our Fundamental Beliefs...
We believe that the entire Scripture, both Old and New Testament are written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit - II Tim. 3:16-17. All the Christian teachings and the Christian attitude of the Children of God are such as are established in the Holy Bible - II Tim. 3:10-15; II Peter 1:21; John 17:17; Ps. 119:105. We believe that the Bible is the written and revealed Will of God. 
 Pastor Chuzzy Udenwa
Chuzzy Udenwa’s story is full of continuing divine encounters. Miracles, signs and wonders confirm his ministry. From childhood, the hand of the Lord was heavy upon him and his bold prophetic abilities often startled people. Upon graduation from the university, success in journalism and the business world separated him from the Lord. There was a lingering divine presence that would not disappear. It was obvious that he had a call on his life.
After he got saved, the call on his life intensified. It became stronger and more persistent, but he was full of excuses. The divine visitations intensified, but his excuses also continued. His life turned around one Sunday evening when he had a car accident. Chuzzy escaped miraculously unhurt and totally surrendered to the Lord. During a long fast, shortly after that accident, the Lord Jesus appeared to him and commissioned him into full-time ministry.
In 2004, he will be celebrating 10 solid years of full-time ministry. Praise the Lord! In 1997, the Lord led Chuzzy to transfer this ministry to the United States. He obeyed the Lord by faith without knowing the full details of this trip. From New York, he eventually walked into a prophecy made concerning his arrival, in New Britain, Connecticut. His ministry immediately became established. Unusual healings and deliverances followed. He has been travelling extensively serving the Lord's people across the USA, and in some parts of Africa, and Europe. To God be the glory.
In 2001, Chuzzy and Sharon were led of the Lord to transfer their ministry to the Atlanta area. They obeyed God and stepped out by faith. Their previous ministry trips to the Atlanta provided them with tremendous support from friends and supporters. They opened up their new home for weekly prayer meetings.
In 2002, Glory House World Church was inaugurated and God joined us all as a big family.
In addition to pasturing the Glory House World Church, the Udenwas still make ministry trips as the Lord leads them. They have written four books: Jewels of Worship, Dream Manipulations, Lift Up Your Heads and Showers of Blessing.
 Pastor Sharon Udenwa
Pastor Sharon’s testimony is unique indeed. She got saved at the age of 13 and grew up knowing and serving the Lord as a teacher, singer and church administrator. Her desire was to be a missionary and look what God has done today! She asked God for a husband who would be a minister on fire for God and look what she got!
We give God the glory for all He has done. We are confident that He who began the good work in us will see us through, in Jesus’ name.
